This is a series of drawings of characters from two novels; ‘One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest’ by Ken Kesey, and ‘On the Road’ by Jack Kerouac. I like to think that I drew these straight from my mind, as in, I drew these characters based on how I imagined them to appear when reading the book. The idea is a bit more conceptual than this but after explaining it thousands of times…
Anyway, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest characters are: Charles Cheswick, Mrs Bibbit and the ‘Kind’ Nurse. On the Road characters are Carlo Marx and Sal Paradise (those two are especially interesting considering they actually exist). Try and guess who’s who.
